Doreen originally worked in the financial industry, but baking was always a major ingredient in her life. She always made some extra time to bake and experiment with new flavours, especially when it came to entertaining family and friends. After becoming a mom, Doreen used everything she had taught herself about baking cakes and pursued her dreams of making other peoples visions come to life. This marked the beginning of Maison De Gâteau. Since this time Doreen has been expanding her business and building her portfolio of cake flavours and custom designs.
