Are your products suitable for those with specific allergies?
Our kitchen uses known allergens such as milk and dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, peanuts, other nuts, soy, and other allergens, so ingredients and utensils used to prepare your items may contain, or come into contact with these products (even if you have selected flavors that do not include a particular ingredient in their recipes). In addition, it is impossible to guarantee that certain allergens have not “strayed” onto products that do not include a particular ingredient in their recipes.
When should I order?
If you are ordering a custom celebration cake/ desserts, we recommend booking earlier 2-4 weeks is ideal, subjected to the availability of the date requested.
If you are looking for a wedding cake, we recommend booking 4+ months in advance to walk you through the design process, let you have a sample tasting of our cakes and to confirm all details.
How do I order?
Most orders can easily be placed by email or Contact Us page. Do let us know the following details.
- Event type
- Date and Time of your event
- Cake flavor
- Number of servings desired
- Address for delivery (if applicable) or pick up
-Colors / photos

Do you deliver? What are your delivery charges?
Yes we can deliver your cake for a fee. Delivery cost is based on the size of the order and distance; the delivery charge is confirmed in advance.
What happens if I pick up my cake and it breaks during transit?
We take great care in preparing and packaging our cakes so they are internally supported and sturdy enough to travel. We also recommend that cakes travel on flat surface, such as the floor area in front of your passenger seat. This way they move with the car and are less likely to become damaged. However, we cannot take any responsibility for breakages or damages to your order after it has left our premises.
Do you have any cakes we can come and pick up today?
Since we custom our cakes, we make all of our cakes to order, so we do not have cakes ready for pick up.
How much do you charge for cakes?
All our cakes are custom made, which means we do not have an exact pricing sheet as there are so many various options available to you. Our cake pricing are based on number of servings and design complexity. Sometimes a smaller cake may take longer to create than a larger one, and therefore, it will be priced higher. Our minimum order is $250.

Changes / Cancellations
If you are thinking of having anything changed to your custom cake, we will need to have all changes/additions made 14 days before delivery. Customers will be notified of price revisions before they are confirmed.
If you cancel your order within 14 days of the delivery, we cannot refund your deposit or issue any credit. Extra charges may also be charged at the discretion of management.
We reserve the right to retain the non-refundable deposit in any case
Please note that once an order is confirmed and paid for, we start production immediately. Therefore, we cannot cancel the order, offer an refund or issue any credit.
Deposit & Payments
We would require the full payment to confirm and secure your order. No order will commence until a deposit has been received.
We require 50% deposit upon finalizing your booking. This is usually taken at the consultation/tasting. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event date.
